Please note that we are closed Good Friday, ANZAC Day (25 April) Christmas Day (25 December) and New Year’s Day (01 January).

 

  • Short notice for a tour –   (should we have space and short notice is all that can be given we will endeavour to accommodate to the best of our ability. Please NOTE this does not constitute confirmation of a seat)
  • Some of our operators extend a Senior Discount – please enquire at time of booking
  • Wet weather options – these are also available when it’s not raining, however these are designed to allow guests to experience as much as possible and will be offered in the event of inclement weather and /or any other unforeseen events.
  • ½ day options which allow guests to still experience the animals and rainforest atmosphere.
  • ½ Day Market Day Tour can be modified to: Port Douglas Wildlife Habitat Picnic with the Parrots including Guided Tour (no markets). Markets are only on a Sunday
  • Under 18 years not catered for
  • Dietary requirements are to be confirmed at time of booking
  • Inclusions as per individual tour information
  • Any and all other expenses are at clients own expense
  • Some local tours May allow a discount
  • Some of our operators may not refund due to their minimum notice required
  • If you are a Companion Card holder please advise at time of booking. Card must be sighted prior to booking confirmation as we need to check with suppliers if they accept Companion Card.
  • CHHT do not offer discount for Companion Card holders
  • Single Supplement may be available for some Tours – please enquire
  • At the time of publication all information is deemed to be correct.
  • All tours require a minimum number of persons to operate. Should the tour/s not have the required amount of persons we will notify you 24 hrs prior to departure and will offer an alternative if there is one available.
  • Not available Christmas Day, Good Friday, Anzac Day (25th April) or New Year’s Day.
  • Some tours may not be available during the year due to other companies scheduled maintenance
  • Available for private charter ½ day, full day vehicle hire. (includes driver)  POA
  • Available for tailor made tours
